please complete the  2019-2020 registration form   and email to pskaratekobudo@outlook.com or mail to Parry Sound Itosu Kai Karate Kobudo club #37 Hwy 124, McDougall, ON P2A 2W7. Payments can be made by mail or in person at the gym once classes start for the season. 


Fee Schedule: 2019-2020

Fees can be paid monthly or in a lump sum for each session at a reduced rate. Fees are non refundable.

 

Costs: Per Month:    Individual Adult $40,     Student 12-18 $25,     Child 6-11 $20 ,     Siblings (2) 6-11 $30,    Family Rate (3) $70
