Class Schedule

Classes are held at McDougall Public School

Children's Class/ Little Dragons

Ages 6-11

Wednesday 6:30 - 7:20

All instructors interacting with children have Police Record Checks

General Class

Ages 12 and up

Monday 6:30 - 8:30
Wednesday 7:30 - 8:50

Please note that adult members are encouraged to come earlier on Wednesdays to practice on their own

First Class No Charge. Simply wear something loose and comfortable.

Each individual is respectfully encouraged to do his or her best!

Instructors are very constructive in their approaches never forgetting we are all still learning.

Every effort is made to provide a safe learning space within traditional approaches to training

All Provincial, National and International competitions are optional!
